Savour The Wild introduces Chef Laura McNeely for a collaborative dinner with Neighbourly Wine Co. Chef Laura has organized a menu highlighting the very best of our Peninsula neighbourhood produce. Leaning into her global experience, Chef Laura presents a Mediterranean-leaning menu, emphasizing the sea, seasonal produce, as well as her passion for pasta making. Wine will be presented and paired by Neighbourly Wine Co. Neighbourly Wine Co. is a small-scale vineyard and winery run by husband and wife, Jonny and Mic. Their home vineyard is located on Oldfield Road, here on the Saanich Peninsula. The Neighbourly wine portfolio is built on showcasing locally grown grapes, which are farmed by Mic and Jonny, or Neighbours on the Peninsula. These wines celebrate our cool-maritime growing seasons on Vancouver Island. Made in small batches, with love!
